Phoenix Revolution Inc., was founded in 2012 and has developed a simple, cost-effective technology - the Adaptive Infrastructure Water System (“AI:WS”) - to produce purified water from a range of contaminated sources. The AI:WS uses modern and proven reverse osmosis (“RO”) technology in an innovative way that significantly reduces both upfront equipment and ongoing operational costs, while maximizing water production in an environmentally conscious way.

Jeremy Lacey, having been with Phoenix Revolution since its inception, oversees the strategic direction of the Boston-based green technology company. Jeremy, who brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the company, has prior entrepreneurial experience, having founded Wavlite, Inc., the world's first digital media search engine. As such, Jeremy brings a unique and balanced perspective to the table for Phoenix Revolution.
In addition to Wavlite, Jeremy has also served as the President of CyberStationUSA, the largest privately owned online radio network in the country. Jeremy also served as the Chief Innovator for Cinch Labs, an IP holdings company which focused on the energy, communications, and security space. Prior to that, Jeremy was a senior advertising executive for Entercom Communications, Inc. and the Boston Red Sox Radio Network, CBS Radio, Inc. and the New England Patriots Radio Network, and has been an expert consultant for the Gerson Lehrman Group, advising private equity and other financial institutions on matters pertaining to digital media, sales, broadcast media, business development, and strategic investments in the aforementioned spaces.
Jeremy attended college in Vermont, has a strong love of the environment and the outdoors, is an avid rugby player and fan, and strives in all things to do what ought to be done but would not have been done unless he did it he thought to be his duty.

Shawn Hudon comes to Phoenix Revolution, Inc. following over 15 years in the high net worth asset management business, where he was responsible for managing the operations and performance of various client portfolios. His attentive focus on details resulted in sustained high-yield returns for his clients and partners.
He has been instrumental to Phoenix Revolution, Inc. since joining the team in advancing the Phoenix mission, through refinement of our operational processes, and meticulous oversight of our human capital assets and strategic expansion, as well as the commercialization development of our technology offering, and additionally has brought a wealth of industrial sector contacts and resources to the company.
Prior to joining the Phoenix Revolution team, he also served as Managing Member of DWV, LLC, a boutique investment firm focused on supporting best in-class green tech opportunities.
Shawn has a B.S. from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he played Division I Varsity Baseball, is an avid accomplished golfer, and enjoys spending time with his wife and son and 2 dogs, when not working on advancing the company.
Ben Ellis, CFA
Senior Vice President, Industrial & Commercial
Ben Ellis joined Phoenix Revolution in April 2018 to help expand their presence in the industrial and commercial sector globally. Prior to joining Phoenix, Ben was an equity Portfolio Manager and Analyst covering the industrial and information technology sector. After working in finance for over 10 years Ben decided that his next career path would be with a company that could make a positive difference on a global scale. Following deep due-diligence on the company and their technology Ben made the decision to leave finance and join Phoenix on their long-term growth trajectory. Ben brings a deep understanding of how the private and public sector make capital allocation decisions and where Phoenix can make the most impact. Ben graduated from Dalhousie University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Casey Glynn brings a background degree in environmental engineering from Suffolk University and award-winning leadership positions in the past, Casey is looking to fill a void by founding a company that can become an innovative force while being financially profitable. Casey’s design philosophy is to create cutting-edge products that have a beneficial impact on the economy, the environment and the lives of the consumer. This philosophy has resulted in multiple competitions won – most recently the Suffolk University’s New Product and Innovation competition that was judged by thirty (30) of the top CEOs of the Boston area
Chief of Staff & Co-Founder
Sean Goodwin received his Bachelors of Science degree in Communications and has been a jack of all trades in two start-up companies since. Most recently, Sean co-founded the TLC Arts and Sciences Foundation a non-profit organization promoting arts to youth. His experience in launching two start-ups in the past will prove invaluable to Phoenix Revolution in the infant stages of the company and in sustaining the growth of the company in the future.
Founding Investor and Head of Corporate Strategy
Geoff Chapin is an entrepreneur and investor for several different companies, including being the founding investor in Phoenix Revolution Inc. He is the founder of SDG Engine, a nonprofit working with the United Nations, universities and the SAP software company to accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) via a global database that will match companies providing sustainable solutions with countries and agencies that are looking for those solutions in order to meet the SDGs. Geoff also is co-founder of Sea-Quester, which is working with the best seaweed farmers in the country on pilots to bring seaweed into cattle feed. Early studies have shown this can reduce methane emissions by over 95%, as well as make the animals healthier.
Previously, Geoff founded and was CEO of Next Step Living, a Boston company specializing in analyzing homes and making them more energy efficient. Prior to Next Step Living, Geoff served as a Senior Manager of the Bridgespan Group, a strategy consulting firm for public entities and non-profits. Prior to this, Geoff led teams at Bain & Company in the New York and San Francisco offices where he advised clients in the consumer products, telecom, and online industries amongst others. Geoff is a graduate of The Kennedy School of Government and MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Geoff is a board member of the Prime Foundation, a nonprofit that helps foundations invest in long shot climate change mitigation companies. He is also a regional director of E2, a clean energy advocacy group focused on policy change at the local and national level.
Rob Pratt has been a national and international leader in clean energy for more than 40 years, as a for-profit and non-profit entrepreneur, a clean energy funder, and a governmental leader. He has founded or co-founded three companies and three non-profit organizations, directed a $250 million quasi-state renewable energy fund as well as the clean energy funding for a foundation, and has been a policy leader in energy efficiency and renewable energy for much of his career. Rob is the founder and Chairman, and until recently the CEO, of GreenerU, a company dedicated to helping colleges and universities become climate leaders while reducing energy, water and infrastructure costs. He was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Energia Global International (EGI, now Enel Latin America), a company that became one of the leading renewable energy companies in Central America. From a startup in 1991, EGI became the largest private power company in Costa Rica through the development, financing and construction of high head hydroelectric and wind projects, with substantial power and distribution assets in Guatemala, El Salvador and Chile.
Prior to GreenerU, Rob was the Senior Vice President of the Henry P. Kendall Foundation, where he led foundation initiatives focused on energy efficiency policy and financing innovations. He also served as Director of the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust, a major fund promoting the development of renewable energy projects as well as clean energy economic development in MA. Rob currently serves as the Chairman, founder (1984) and board member of the International Institute for Energy Conservation; Chairman Emeritus and Advisory Board member of the American Council on Renewable Energy; Executive Committee and board member of the Alliance to Save Energy; and Executive Committee and board member of the New England Clean Energy Council. He received an MPA degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, a JD degree from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA degree from Wesleyan University.
Kevin Knobloch has more than 37 years of experience in public policy, government, advocacy and media. He served as Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Energy where he directed the Office of the Secretary and helped oversee the federal agency’s $30 billion budget and 115,000-person workforce. Prior to joining the Department of Energy he was the President of the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) for ten years, leading the science-based organization's strategic, analytical, legislative, and policy functions. Earlier in his career, Kevin was legislative director for arms control and national security for UCS in its Washington office. In the 1980s, he served as Legislative Director to U.S. Senator Tim Wirth (starting in the U.S. House in 1985 and moving with him to the Senate in 1986) and legislative assistant to U.S. Representative Ted Weiss of New York. Kevin began his career as a newspaper journalist for several publications in Massachusetts, including The Berkshire Eagle in Pittsfield, MA. Kevin holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Julie Whipple is currently serving as Head of Corporate Responsibility at Qlik. In this position, she directs the organization’s focus on empowering community-based and humanitarian non-profits to most effectively serve vulnerable populations through the program “Change Our World”. Prior to her current role, Ms. Whipple managed relationships with large enterprise organizations and agencies within the US Federal Government delivering valuable analytical solutions.

Erik Johnson is a co-founder of White Point Partners with over 15 years of real estate experience. He focuses on asset management, underwriting, equity and debt structuring, and investor relations. Erik previously served as SVP of Finance for a publicly-traded student housing REIT where he was responsible for capital markets strategies, underwriting, asset management, and managing the joint venture and investor relations programs. Prior to his tenure at the REIT, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group where he advised clients on M&A transactions and raised over $6.5 billion of debt and equity capital. Erik began his career at Wells Fargo, where he provided large real estate firms with acquisition and development financing.
Erik received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of the McCombs School of Business Real Estate Investment Fund at The University of Texas at Austin.
Jim Rindone, A business-focused technical background with 15+ years of commercial strategy and analytics experience across consumer goods, legal, insurance and life sciences industries. Graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Management Information Systems and initially held technical roles supporting the digital commercialization of consumer goods for The Gillette Company followed by technical consultation at Mintz Levin, LLC. Later pursued an MBA from the Judge School of Business at the University of Cambridge before joining EMD Serono, leading US forecasting for all pipeline and commercial products and the evaluation of in-licensing and M&A opportunities.
A yearlong stint at insurtech startup Swyfft, LLC leading the commercialization of real-time, analytics-only underwriting of homeowners insurance as VP of Marketing Operations & Analytics.
Most recent role is Head of Commercial Analytics at EMD Serono, leading the development of data and analytics-driven commercial strategies.
