Safety rules imposed on Britain's Olympic rowers in toxic Rio waters

Britain's Olympic rowing team are going to extra-ordinary lengths to avoid catching viruses from the heavily polluted waters in Rio’s downtown lagoon.

Every rower has been warned of the dangers from the toxic bacteria which can lead to severe stomach and respiratory illnesses.
